Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Souq Trendora. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, in line with UK consumer rights.

 

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

• Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty

How to return:

1. Contact us at souqtrendora@gmail.com with your order number

2. We will provide instructions for returning the item

3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
